The Cirrus Consortium has launched their sixth succession of Building Materials Framework, which is for the next four-years and is available across England, Wales and Scotland.
The Cirrus Consortium has been an effective route to market for contracting authorities for the last decade, it consists of Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and ALMOs.
Claire Paton, director of consultancy at Cirrus Purchasing, said: “We are very proud to be releasing the sixth succession of our highly popular building materials supply framework. It is being released at a time where our public sector members are more grateful than ever for our expert advice and analysis of their materials prices and recommendations.”
The new arrangement builds on the success of the previous five frameworks as well as consortium member feedback, extensive pre-engagement and Cirrus Purchasing’s insight into the wider market.
Paton explained how the materials market has experienced extreme supply and demand pressures but the framework has been vital in giving clients confidence in achieving value for money.
“As we roll out our latest framework, we stay true to our values – combining our in-depth procurement knowledge with the innovation that has seen us lead in the building materials framework market for over a decade,” said Paton.
