Celebrity Bristow opens new builders merchant before jungle jaunt

Darts champion and current contestant in I’m A Celebrity Get me Out of Here Eric Bristow opened the new Gibbs and Dandy branch in Bournemouth.

The new depot – a former Build Center branch – was opened by the five-time world darts champion.

Bristow, who is one of Gibbs and Dandy’s official ‘Team Builders’ ambassadors, met tradesmen, put on a darts masterclass and also gave attendees the opportunity to win prizes for their local sports teams and clubs.

Branch manager Peter Staples said: “Team Builders is about giving customers the chance to meet a real sporting hero and also providing access to a raft of kits and equipment packages that we have in order to provide vital support to grass roots sport.”
