Caple appoints Katie Shears as the new business development manager for the South West.
With retail experience in the KBB industry, Shears brings a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the field sales team. She has extensive knowledge and experience having previously worked for well-known national retailers.
Her role incorporates supporting and maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base whilst also identifying and driving further growth in the area.
