Independent builders merchant Huws Gray has bought fellow independent JF Beale.
The acquisition, which happened yesterday (August 6), takes Huws Gray’s portfolio to 42 locations across North Wales, the north west and into the Midlands.
JF Beale is a single branch independent in Derby, operating across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
