Baxi supports next generation with college partnerships

Baxi, the heating and hot water specialist, has pledged to donate boilers to two colleges for use by apprentices studying their Gas Engineering Operative Level 3 apprenticeship.

The donated boilers will go to Barnet & Southgate College and Birmingham Metropolitan (BMet). A total of 36 Baxi apprentices have undertaken their apprenticeships through BMet College since the two organisations began working together as part of an ongoing partnership in 2020.

Paul Haynes, product, solutions and marketing director at Baxi, says, “At Baxi, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of heating engineers. By donating boilers to BMet and Barnet & Southgate College, we’re not only helping apprentices gain vital hands-on experience, but also ensuring they build the skills and confidence needed for their future careers. It’s fantastic to see our products being used in real training environments that will make a lasting impact on the industry.”
