Wolseley enters new partnership for off-site building

Builders and plumbers merchant group Wolseley UK has entered into a solus supply deal with the Tingdene Group.

Wolseley enters new partnership for off-site building

The deal means Wolseley will open a dedicated integrated supply chain store at Tingdene’s 20 acre site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

The store will focus entirely on sourcing and supplying the full range of building, plumbing and electrical materials required for Tingdene’s off-site modular building operations, which includes housing for the retirement sector and holiday accommodation.

Steve Ashmore, managing director of Wolseley UK’s heavyside division, said: “We will be working closely with Tingdene to identify market opportunities for its off-site modular solutions as part of a joint sales and marketing venture.”
