Wolseley announces supply chain investment

Wolseley

Wolseley Group has announced a significant investment in its supply chain, aimed to help meet rising demand for low carbon heating solutions and provide support to customers navigating the energy transition.

Central to the investment programme is the transformation of its Measham Distribution Centre into a dedicated fulfilment centre. The change will enable the business to scale its capability to  deliver larger and more complex products, and support customers in adopting low-carbon technologies with greater confidence.

The announcement follows the launch of Wolseley’s Renewables Centre, a dedicated brand designed to help installers succeed in the low-carbon economy, with services including accredited training, MCS umbrella support, and technical design expertise.

Chief operating officer for Wolseley, John Hancock, said: “This is a bold and forward-looking investment that positions Wolseley at the heart of the UK’s renewables transition. We’re not just evolving our infrastructure – we’re evolving how we support our customers. The new fulfilment model will ensure we can deliver the right products, at the right time, with the expertise and reliability our customers expect.”
