Visqueen Building Products’s new Megatac is an anti-slip self adhesive film designed specifically to overcome the risks that can be posed to flooring during building works by everything from dirty footprints to unexpected spillages.
The new product is easy to lay being simply rolled out, after which its adhesive backing takes care of the rest. It’s easy to remove once a job is complete and leaves behind no residue or other evidence of its use.
The new film are comes in a trade grade, supplied as a 100 metre long roll and 600mm wide so it’s perfect for heavy footfall areas such as hallways and stairways, and a flame retardant variant, supplied as a 100m long, 900mm wide roll. This latter grade is designed for use on sites where fire risks are prevalent or where compliance with Loss Prevention standard LPS 1207 is a must.
