Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Builders and plumbers merchant group Travis Perkins plc has completed the sale of the Buck and Hickman tool distribution subsidiary it acquired as part of its purchase of the BSS Group.
Buck and Hickman was sold to Brammer plc for a total cash consideration of £27.6 million, on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
The acquisition was originally announced by Travis Perkins on September 2 2011.
