Travis Perkins caught in Connaught troubles

Builders’ merchant Travis Perkins is one of those owed money by troubled social housing group Connaught.
Construction News reports that Connaught was given a £15m extension to its overdraft last week, after warning that government spending cuts could cost in £200m in revenue of the next two years.

Travis Perkins is believed to be in talks with Connaught, but not to be putting any undue pressure on, other than to pay to the original timetable.
