Travis Perkins Managed Services, which operates within the UK social housing sector, has signed a four-year deal with Bristol City Council for the supply of building materials to support the council’s social housing goals.
TP Managed Services has opened a dedicated Managed Services hub at South Liberty Lane, serving Bristol City Council’s repairs and maintenance team and their subcontractors.
Managing director of TP Managed Services, Ben Todd, said: “We are delighted to be working with Bristol City Council. The new Managed Services hub allows us to work with the council to help simplify the supply of building materials to their in-house repairs team and sub-contractors”
“We are working with Bristol City Council to implement TPgo Mobile, which will support them to maximise the number of jobs their operatives complete each day. TPgo can help manage their carbon footprint and save fuel by reducing the number of stock collections required”
The agreement will also see TP Managed Services collaborate with the council on several social value initiatives to support communities across Bristol throughout the partnership.
