John Ward. Founder of Stockgap Ltd and past president of the Builders Merchants Federation passed away on 27th March 2018.
A thanksgiving and memorial service will be held at St. John’s Church, Hildenborough, (TN11 9HR) on Friday 27th April at 2.00pm, for anyone who wishes to pay their respects and meet to remember him.
The family requests that there be no flowers or wreaths, as there will be a collection for Scott’s Project, supporting adults in Kent with learning disabilities (www.scottsproject.org.uk).
The family have also said “Please don’t feel you need to wear black; we want celebrate Dad’s 86 years of life.”
Light refreshments with be served in the church hall afterwards.
