Smartply road trip pops into Parkers

Timber panel manufacturer MEDITE SMARTPLY is taking its products on a road trip around the UK and Ireland and visited two Parker Building Supplies branches in Tonbridge and Maidstone on Friday.

The tour gives merchants and their customers the chance to meet with product experts and see the products close-up.

The road trip is bringing its own tea, coffee and bacon roll van with it, offering breakfasts or afternoon pick-me-up, depending on the time of day and attendees can also take part in games and competitions for chances to win prizes.

The tour started on June 3rd and travels across the UK towards Scotland, crossing over to Irlnd at one point ad finishing in October, with a break for August. The full list of locations is available mdfosb.com/on-tour .

Adam Peck, branch manager at Parker Building Supplies in Tonbridge told BMJ that manufacturer visits like this always go down well with customers as it gives them a chance to see and feel the products and ask questions of the supplier.
