Setcrete, a manufacturer of subfloor preparation products, has launched a new high tack carpet spray adhesive for adhering a wide range of textile floorcoverings.
Setcrete High Tack Carpet Spray Adhesive can be used to secure carpet tiles, underlay and other soft textile floorcoverings to prepared and smoothed floors.
The adhesive can be applied to both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors, including Setcrete floor levelling compounds, sand/cement or concrete screeds, synthetic anhydrite screeds, plywood, flooring grade chipboard and hardboard.
It is also suitable for perimeter fixing PU and foam/gel backed carpets and other textile floorcoverings and ideal for repairs where floorcoverings have become worn or damaged or have begun to lift.
