Setcrete Latex is a low odour, self-smoothing floor levelling compound for use in light to medium traffic internal areas prior to the installation of new floorcoverings.
It is suitable for use over a wide range of absorbent subfloor types including sand/cement screed and concrete, as well as non-absorbent subfloors such as ceramics, granolithic, terrazzo, epoxy and polyurethane resins and quarry tiles. It is also suitable for use over underfloor heating installations.
This versatility has resulted in Setcrete Latex becoming a firm favourite amongst builders and one of the best-selling products in the Setcrete range.
It can be applied at thicknesses between 2-10mm and is walk on hard in around two hours.
