Scott Parnell appoints Toni Walters as external sales manager, Wales and South West

Scott Parnell – the groundworks and civil engineering supplier – has appointed Toni Walters to the position of external sales manager for Wales & South West.

Toni, who will be located at the company’s Hirwaun branch, brings a wealth of experience to the team having spent many years in the construction industry specialising in sales and business development.
