As the temperatures rise, many of us head outdoors to enjoy a BBQ followed by a fire to keep warm as the evening cools. Why not combine the two with Schiedel’s Isokern Garden Fireplace, an attractive centrepiece to any garden including a real hearth and chimney, with optional barbecue and log-store. Simple to install, its modular design means that the Garden Fireplace can be put together in no time at all.
Schiedel’s new video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3rgU8kDM4M shows how easily it can be done. Cement, a spirit level and a render of your choice is all that’s required; something most practical people can turn their hand to. Want it installed by a professional? Schiedel can help with that too!
Free-standing and available in a range of sizes, the Garden Fireplace is suitable for gardens large and small. To ensure optimum efficiency and prevent heat transference, the Garden Fireplace is made from insulating pumice, so it can be safely placed against any wall and covered in pretty much any finish of your choosing; from render and paint, to patterned tiles.
Win a Garden Fireplace!
If Schiedel’s new video has got your creative juices flowing, you could be in with a chance of winning a Garden Fireplace. Experienced and budding garden designers alike are invited to submit plans for an external living area incorporating Schiedel’s latest heating solution. Multiple products will be given away, representing the variety of gardens throughout the UK.

Designs must be for live projects, scheduled for completion by the end of September 2019. Entries should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org – these can be pencil sketches or CAD drawings, any medium that gets across your vision. The prize will be the fireplace, delivered to site near completion of the project.
The competition is open to all regions of the UK – Schiedel will be awarding a number of winners across the nation. Available in three different sizes, Schiedel is keen to see a range of entries suited to each; the Isokern 500, the Isokern 950 and the largest; the Isokern 1200.
