SAS Direct acquired by SIG Plc

SIG Plc, the FTSE 250 leading European specialist supplier to the construction, building and industrial markets has announced its acquirement of SAS Direct & Partitioning Limited (SAS Direct), a leading Interiors distributor operating in the mid to high-tier partitioning sectors in the UK & Ireland.

Managing director at SIG Distribution, Paul Gordon said: “SAS Direct will further enhance the SIG Interiors business by extending our portfolio to include a very strong product and service proposition for the commercial interiors sector, supported by a specialist, design led technical team and a range of partitioning systems particularly suited to the London technical specification markets.”
