Russell Roof Tiles helps local charities

Roof tile manufacturer, Russell Roof Tiles, has donated £4k between two life-saving charities in Burton on Trent and Lochmaben.

Since 2015 the company’s Community Fund has raised £80,000 by the support of customers, suppliers, friends, family and staff at its sites. Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity and Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund have each received £2,000.

Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity delivers outstanding care for local people, bringing together expertise of over 18,000 staff across five hospital sites. Each year, the trust provides funds that improve patient welfare, equipment, research and staff training.

The Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund supports the improvement of health and wellbeing of communities in the area served by NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
