Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Members of staff at plumbers merchant PTS’ Cornwall and Devon branches teamed up last month to raise money for the NSPCC.
The golf day, at Plymouth’s Elfordleigh Golf and Country Club and saw 110 competitors play individual and four ball games. It also included installers, heating engineers and manufacturers from across the two counties. They raised £897.60 for the NSPCC, PTS’ chosen charity this year.
Glyn Collis, PTS sector manager in the South West, said: “Everyone who took part in this year’s competition had a fantastic day and we’re all very proud of what we’ve achieved for the NSPCC. It’s a very worthy cause and we have had a great time raising the money.”
