Builders merchants Poores of Acton, are to sponsor the Auctions at the Rainy Day Trust DIY Charity Gala Dinner in January.
Poores director John Poore, well known for his prowess as an auctioneer, said: “It’s going to be really exciting night. Dulux have donated two pairs of tickets for the 2009 Wimbledon men’s final, PPG have donated six tickets for the Manchester United v Manchester City match on May 9 and Calor have donated two tickets for the Manchester United v Blackburn Rovers match on February 21, 2009 – all with hospitality packages.”
The DIY Gala Charity Dinner will take place on Monday January 19 at the Royal Garden Hotel, London during the Totally Tools, Totally DIY and Totally Secure exhibitions at Earls Court.
