Polypipe extends plastic plumbing with Polymax

Polypipe Plumbing & Heating has extended its range of plastic plumbing fittings with the launch of PolyMax.

The new white push-fit fitting, developed following extensive research, offers a streamlined profile creating a smooth line look for surface mounted applications, where visible fittings are unavoidable.

PolyMax is easy to use, allows installers to complete jobs quickly and can be demounted during fitting via a handy release tool. A new Polypipe sealed stiffener will be available shortly which can be incorporated to create a double seal for additional security.

In order to cover the majority of surface mounted applications, PolyMax comes in 15mm and 22mm sizes. The range includes fittings from straights, elbows, tees and reducers to tap connectors and fitting release aids. It can be used either with Polypipe white polybutylene pipe systems or copper pipe.

PolyMax joins the three other plastic pipe fittings within the Polypipe Plumbing & Heating range – PolyFit, PolyPlumb and PolySure – and follows demands from plumbers and heating engineers for a fitting that is secure, easy to install, versatile and attractive.
