Southern independent plumbers merchant Heating Plumbing Supplies has hit a record turnover for 2010.
The company increased sales by 18% to £39m from the £33m achieved in 2009.
Sqales director Peter Wilson said: “I am delighted to advise we have had another record sales year in 2010 with sales up over 18% on 2009 figures. We are continuing to expand and open new branches where we find the right opportunities and have opened branches in Ashford and Chichester during 2010.
“We anticipate further branch openings in 2011. The key to our continued growth is the fact we offer our customers a very high level of personal service which ensures we provide a real independent alternative to the national merchant groups”
