Bansal, the south east-based plumbers merchant, held a charity trade day at its Gillingham branch to raise money for the charity Children with Leukaemia.

Among the suppliers attending were Twyfords, Aqualisa, Vaillant, Polypipe, Bristan, Ideal and Pegler and the day included a football shootout and crossbow shootout competition.

Sales manager Paul Lorenzini told buildersmerchantsjournal.net that the amount of money raised on the day was £4178.66.
