Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Plumbers merchant Plumb Center and sister Wolseley UK merchant Parts Center have launched a major customer survey to find out their most important industry issues.
As a reward for completing the survey, installers and heating engineers could win the chance to spend time with sporting legend Austin Healey.
The survey includes a whole range of questions about the industry and the challenges of running a business, business buying habits and more general information such as personal interests outside the work environment.
Each one that is completed and returned will be entered into a prize draw, with a range of prizes up for grabs, including tickets to accompany Healey to the England vs France Rugby Six Nations Championship. There is also the opportunity to win a round of golf with Healey at a top golf club, tickets for the Strictly Come Dancing Arena tour, signed rugby shirts and a British Lions kit.
“As a leading merchant we feel it is vital to talk directly to our customers to understand them better, ” said Keith Jones, managing director, Plumb Center and Parts Center. “By finding out what they consider to be the key issues they face, we will be better placed to provide the products and services they need.”
