Door and dooorset manufacturerJohn Porter Doors has been acquired by The Performance Timber Products Group Limited (PTP).
The company will continue to trade as John Porter Doors from its Sunderland base.
The Performance Timber Products Group includes Mumford & Wood Limited, Clearwood UK, TimberWindows.com, and Dale Windows, formerly Dale Joinery, which provided the Group’s first entry point into the merchant sector.
Roy Wakeman, group executive chairman, and Mark de Rozarieux, group financial director, will join the JPDL board working alongside Brian Pears, managing director, and Ian McSally, commercial director.
