Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Beckside Builders in Lincoln have applied for planning permission to open a builders merchants branch in nearby Louth.
The application, for the site on Louth’s Fairfield industrial estate, is under the name of Welton Aggregates of South Thoresby and is currently under consultation.
The 0.91 acre site will include a 1.8 metre high fence, parking for 28 cars, heavy goods vehicles, light goods vehicles and pedestrian access.
Opening hours will be 7am to 6pm, with Saturday morning opening also offered.
