New branch manager for Buttle’s in St Albans

Buttle’s, the Building and Timber Merchant based in St Albans, has appointed Graham Amos as manager of its St Albans branch.

Previously employed by a local competitor, where he managed a 14-strong internal sales team, Amos has over 30 years’ experience in the Builders’ Merchants’ industry.

Welcoming Amos to Buttle’s, managing director, William Naylor, said that his arrival would strengthen the company’s senior management team and provide fresh leadership during a time of continued growth.

Amos said that he was excited to have the opportunity to manage one of Buttle’s largest branches, which also houses the company’s Head Office.

He added: “This is my first branch management role, which means I can influence the entire business operation here in St Albans.

“I have a really good team behind me, people who have been here for many years, who are all committed to providing great service for our customers.”
