New Appointments at Roxor Group

Roxor Group has announced hiring two new roles into the organisation to support its ongoing success. Whist 2017 was a stability play in terms of performance, the group made some strategic acquisitions and also continued its journey towards being a major brand player with the addition of the Bayswater exclusivity deal partnering Ideal Bathrooms.

Notwithstanding the acquisitions, the core UK operations have started strongly in 2018, being 15% up on the prior year. The group has introduced two new roles to build on this success and continue on its growth plan. The group has appointed a new Chief Commercial Officer, Paul Hollingworth (which will see current CCO, Tony Wood, become Chief Sourcing Officer responsible for all in sourced global manufacturing capability and strategic outsourced supply chain). At the same time the group’s Ultra Finishing arm has recruited Lee Miles to the new role of National Sales Manager, supporting the success of its ‘bricks and mortar’ channels, currently running 22% ahead of the prior year.

Paul will sit on the Roxor Executive Board, responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Commercial activities across the group. Paul brings with him a deluge of quality bathroom experience and knowledge from some of the leading global players in the market, having most recently been MD for Kohler in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Lee also brings with him many years’ experience in the sector with some big brands, coupled with a strong customer centric ethic and sales performance management toolkit.
