NBG signs up for two year Lafarge deal

Independent builders merchant buying group NBG LLP has signed a two year deal with Lafarge Plasterboard for the supply of plasterboard.
The deal is the latest under NBG’s new category management structure and, although the deal has goen to the existing supplier, Lafarge Plasterboard still had to pitch and negotiate for the business.

Neil Ash, Sales Director for Lafarge Plasterboard said: “Strong supplier relationships are key for NBG as they aim to offer top quality products with the latest technology to their associates and end users throughout the UK. We have worked successfully with NBG for the past five years and this agreement is proof of our ongoing commitment.”

Allan Durning, Executive Chairman of NBG said: “We are pleased to achieve this commercial deal with Lafarge. This new agreement is another key success for NBG in the UK, giving our members continued cost competitive supply of top quality products.”
