Moretonhampstead builders merchants Hilton Supplies are launching a new recycling service for building and garden waste in and around Dartmoor.

Merchant makes revenue from recycling

For just £49.95 +VAT Hilton will collect and recycle waste in their large ‘dumpy’ bags, reducing waste going into landfill sites as the materials are reused.

Hilton’s managing director Matt Bonfield said “The dumpys are great when there is not a skip full of waste and our smaller than average crane lorry can collect a Hilton Recycling bag when there is no room for a skip”.

The company will also be supplying recycled materials in the form of dumpy bags of crushed concrete for hardcore and 75mm clean drainage stone. Also available will be dumpy bags of compost and screened topsoil.

“All of these products are part of the recycling process and help us to reduce landfill,” said Mr Bonfield.
