Lords, a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, has confirmed that Stuart Kilpatrick will join the Board as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company on Tuesday, 4 June 2024.
He will replace Chris Day, the Group’s current CFO and COO, who will step down as a statutory director and leave the Group on 17 May 2024 shortly after the publication of the Group’s FY23 Results on 15 May 2024.
