Long Rake Spar celebrates 25 years of service

Aggregates producer, Long Rake Spar, is celebrating the career of site supervisor Martin Wildgoose, who has worked 25 years with the company at their Youlgrave production site.

Stepping into a role left open by a friend, what began as a temporary summer job turned into a career.

Wildgoose says he has witnessed first-hand how the industry has evolved, commenting “It’s been motivating to stay busy and know you’re doing a good job. Looking ahead I am happy to continue as normal and see what the future brings.”
