Insulation group Kingspan has been given the all-clear to take-over rival CRH Insulation Europe by the competition authorities in Germany, Holland and Ireland.
However, Kingspan has to wait for the outcome of an Office of Fair Trading investigation before the acquisition can go through.
The £102m acquisition offer was announced in November.
