Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Builders merchants Jewson have set up a partnership with Lincoln City Council to management the procurement of all the council’s building materials
The new contract began at the beginning of this month. Previously, the council managed their own stores and procurement of building materials and products.
The contract was procured through Office of Government Commerce framework (OGC), an organisation set up to primarily save time and money through the bypassing of a lengthy tender process to the public sector.
