
James Hardie, the producer of fibre cement cladding, backerboard, and fibre gypsum products, has extended the size and remit of its UK marketing team.
The existing team has been restructured to align each member with a core product category, ensuring expertise, accountability, and measurable impact on business performance.
Waheeza Tegally has been promoted to head of UK marketing. Jake Hall has been promoted to marketing manager for fermacell products, a new role, and Naomi Campbell joins as marketing manager for Hardie Panel.
The team will collaborate closely across product lines and departments, to ensure every campaign is strategically aligned. This integrated approach ensures that all marketing initiatives are designed to support sustainable growth and deliver real value to customers across the construction industry.
