The company has now completed the cycle of renovating all of its 10 sites across the North East and Yorkshire. The company aim to start the cycle again in the near future to continuously evolve levels of customer service.

The renovation has seen expansion to the office space, improvements to the customer facilities and a brand-new merchandised trade counter. The branch has also increased it current stock range.

Kevin Dawson, regional sales manager, said “Previously the branch had a small office and trade counter area which limited the range of stock the branch could hold and display. The new facilities have made such a transformation which will greatly improve the customer experience. We are encouraging old and new customers alike to visit the new trade counter and take advantage of our trade deals”.
