Icopal has announced the appointment of Andrew Lawton as its new managing director.
He was formerly vice president of Building, Construction & Agriculture at Polymer Group Incorporated, a specialty sheet materials business, where he was responsible for long term strategic & profitability development, including marketing, product development & sales. This included fundamental restructuring of the European roofing and geosynthetic businesses in 2014.
Lawton’s experience in the UK construction sector has also seen him hold the positions of sales & marketing director at Sandtoft Roof Tiles Limited and head of commercial export sales at NSG Pilkington Building Products.
