Builders merchant group IBMG has launched ‘Project Pink’, a new initiative aimed at raising vital funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Now.
Throughout October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, IBMG will be promoting a special edition of pink Keypoint gloves to customers across all its branches.
The campaign will see a donation of 40p by Keypoint for every pair of the limited-edition pink gloves sold. IBMG will contribute a further £1, bringing the total donation to £1.40 for every pair sold.

The company will also share important information with customers and staff, including guidance on how to perform self-checks for breast cancer, statistics on the number of men and women diagnosed each year with the disease, and the importance of early detection and regular screenings.
“We are incredibly excited to launch ‘Project Pink’ and partner with Keypoint and Breast Cancer Now,” says group digital marketing manager Alice Roinson. “Breast cancer affects so many people, and we believe it’s our responsibility to use our platform to make a difference. This campaign is about more than just raising money; it’s about starting conversations, raising awareness, and showing our support for those affected by this disease. We hope to see our customers proudly wearing their pink gloves and helping us support this vital charity.”
