Plumbers merchant HPS has raised over half a million pounds for Great Ormand Street Hospital since it started its connection with the charity in 2005.

HPS sales and marketing director Peter Wilson and operations director Alec Meadows, presented the charity with its latest contribution during a recent visit to Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.

Funds have been raised through the company trade counters, customer entertaining events, promotional events, trade shows, charity golf days, auctions, individual marathons and runs.

Wilson said: “We strongly feel this is a fantastic and most deserving cause and to have the opportunity to see the wonderful job the hospital and the amazing staff do is truly humbling, we look forward to redoubling our efforts and reaching our next milestone of £1,000,000 over the next few years!”
