Builders and Timber merchant Howarth Timber has introduced a new Click and Collect service.
The service allows customers to order products through Howarth Timber’s online store 24 hours a day and then collect their goods from one of the 28 Howarth branches at a convenient time.
A range of products can be ordered through the Click and Collect service, such as laminate, solid wood and engineered flooring and internal and external doors.
Howarth will add more products to its online collection service, with aggregate and garden furniture soon to be made available to order on the round-the-clock web store.
Most products can be collected within two to three working days of ordering,, however some products may be available sooner.
Howarth Timber’s Neale Brewster said: “Our Click and Collect service gives Howarth’s customers assurance that the goods they need to complete their DIY will be in their nearest store on their chosen date.
“The service saves time for customers as they can drop into their chosen branch at a convenient time for them after placing their order, so there will be no waiting around. Click and Collect saves money too, as customers do not pay a delivery charge. Overall, it’s a handy service for all.”
