Help Graham find heroes

Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has launched its search for a Graham ‘Customers Hero’ as part of their Graham Heroes Awards.

The Graham Heroes Awards aims to recognise members of the Graham team for their services. Graham Plumbers’ needs help in the ‘Customer Hero’ Award category, and invites customers to name a staff member who stands out to them.

The top three short-listed ‘Customer Heroes’ will be invited to the company’s awards ceremony and dinner at Graham’s annual conference in Birmingham this November.

Jannette Walker, Graham Plumbers’ Merchant HR Manager, said: “The ‘Customer Hero’ award is part of the Graham Heroes initiative, which has been introduced this year to help us recognise outstanding behaviour and achievements in our Graham colleagues.

“We wanted to have a ‘Customer’ category as part of the Heroes Awards, because customers are the whole reason we have a business and we feel there is no one better to nominate our staff than our customers themselves.”
