Hanson Cement makes senior changes

Andy Simpson becomes national commercial director; Chris Hall joins Hanson as national account manager; and Jack Vincent is promoted to field sales manager, a new position within the company.

Simpson, previously responsible for all sales of Hanson’s packed products, will focus on building strong trading relationships with merchant customers as well as working with internal teams to ensure service excellence is delivered at every stage of customers’ interaction with the business.

Hall has over 20 years’ experience in the cement sector, while Vincent joined Hanson in 2013, initially at the Ketton service centre.

Mark Hickingbottom has been appointed national commercial director, bulk cement. His appointment, and that of Simpson, follow the recent retirement of commercial director Keith Ellis.
