Sheffield tool distributor George Marshall Power Tools Ltd has taken on the CounterAct system from Border Merchant Systems.
George Marshall specialises in the supply of high quality power tools to companies in the fabricating, construction, automotive, wood working and roofing industries as well as pipe-line and utility companies.
The company wanted a replacement system that fulfilled all their trading and accounts requirements but that also had room for growth.
Marshall’s had their new CounterAct server delivered and installed with their data pre-loaded into CounterAct from their old system. They then embarked on an on-site training programme prior to going live on the system from 1 November.
CounterAct is a dedicated merchant software system written and supported by Border merchant Systems Ltd.
