Five more acquisitions for Wolseley

Wolseley announced five bolt-on acquisitions last week for combined consideration of £84 million.
Four of the acquisitions are in the US (Architectural Building Supply Company, assets from Jacobi Hardware, KBC Construction, JD’s Wholesale Plumbing and Supply) and French company Sofiparts SAS.

A statement issued by the company states they expect that “in a full year, these bolt-on acquisitions are expected to add approximately £109 million to total revenue.”
