With a background in sales, and more recently a plumber and bathroom fitter, the move to Fibo is an ideal opportunity. Cozens will look after the South, including the M4 corridor and South Wales.

Cozens said: “When I heard Fibo was recruiting I jumped at the chance to become part of the team. The role appealed to me instantly, and with my sales experience and knowledge of the bathroom industry it’s a perfect fit.

“It’s also great to join at a time when Fibo is experiencing rapid growth across the UK” continues Cozens. “And I can understand why it’s growing so rapidly. When I saw the product, I could immediately see the quality of Fibo panels compared to other brands I’d worked with in the past. The 7-layer engineered birch plywood is a superior quality by far, and the patented Aqualock tongue-and-groove system makes Fibo the obvious choice when it comes to bathroom and wet room wall coverings. If I was to return to bathroom fitting, I would never use anything else!”

Traditionally people choose tiles for their bathroom or kitchen refurbishments. Fibo’s wall panels are quick and easy to install and the grout lines are authentic making it almost impossible to see the difference between panels and ceramic tiles once installed. Tim will be demonstrating the benefits of panels as a credible and durable alternative to tiles.

Managing Director Scott Beattie adds: “Tim is very passionate about the business and our products and will fit in well with the team. His appointment is timely with our growing network of merchants. He’ll be working closely with our merchant customers to make sure they have all the service and support they need to help them make the most of a new and expanding market.”
