Xella Dry Lining Systems has changed its registered trading name for the UK and Ireland to Fermacell.
Fermacell is the name of the company’s gypsum fibreboard.
General manager Tim Deathridge said: “With immediate effect Fels-Werke-GmbH will trade as Fermacell here and in Ireland. This autonomy from the Xella Group will provide us with a greater degree of sales focus on our brand, product range and markets.
“As part of our plan to strengthen the Fermacell brand we are working on the consolidation of our main technical specification material and creating a new ‘Orange Book’ which will be available early next year. Alongside this project, we are also re-developing our technical website aimed specifically at architects, contractors and clients,” he said.
The company registration number, contact address and contact numbers and all other details of the organisation remain unchanged.
