Jim Fallon, former general manager of the water heater maker Beaumont, has bought the trading names of the business from the liquidator, following Beaumont’s failure in June this year.
Two new companies, Bation Water Heaters Ltd and Bation Hire & Leasing Ltd, were set up in November 2008, and have taken over the names of the former Beaumont (UK), Beaumont Water Heaters and Beaumont Hire & Leasing Ltd. Bation is trading from Beaumont’s former address at Blythe Farm, Mill Street, Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire.
Documents filed at Companies House do not disclose ownership of the new companies, but confirm that Fallon is sole director of both.
