Actis insulation has created a new role for a national specification manager following its expansion into the volume house building market.

Matt Rhodes, who was previously sales manager for the North West, will now work directly with some of the UK’s biggest house builders as they begin to specify the NHBC accepted Actis Hybrid range, which recently achieved LABC Registered Details.

In addition to Rhodes’ promotion, Actis has also appointed John Balance as its new North East sales manager.

His role will consist of working with merchants including Jewson and insulation distributors including The Sheffield Insulation Group, Encon and Minster as well as builders and architects to continue Actis’ growth in the region over the last 12 months.
