EPD Insulation Group has announced the appointment of its first full board of directors.
The senior management has had a change as CEO Steve Boon and managing director, Tony Brown, gather the core skill-sets needed and establish a board of Directors that can take the business forward.
Boon commented: “As we see the business going through a record growth period it was evident that we needed the right skills and personalities to take charge of their respective departments and manage that growth in the most effective way.”
The new board consists of Steve Boon, CEO, Tony Brown, managing director, Lloyd Frith-Robinson, finance director, Steve McMillan, commercial director, Ben Popple, sales director and Neil Farrow, marketing director.
It operates out of its 90,000sq ft central distribution hud based Peterborough and a a 46,000Sq/ft hub west of Cambridge via a large and diverse fleet of delivery vehicles, EPD has now put in place the next phase of its growth.
